In the UK, you have a legal right to return purchases within 14 days of receipt for any reason (14-day cancellation period), with another 14 days to return the items, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. For faulty, not-as-described, or unfit-for-purpose goods, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides a 30-day right to refund.

Under the regulations of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges), every customer is entitled to cancel their order.

The right to cancel your order for goods commences upon placing the order and concludes 14 days after you have received the goods. To ensure the cancellation is within the deadline, kindly inform us via email or phone before the cancellation period expires.

If you are in possession of the goods, it is your responsibility to keep them and handle them with reasonable care. Once you have canceled the order, please return the goods to our contact address at your own expense, unless we mistakenly delivered the item to you, or the item is damaged or defective. Promptly returning the goods is essential.

Failure to return the goods or returning them at our expense may result in us charging you an amount not exceeding the direct costs incurred in recovering the goods.

Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel the order, any amount debited from your account will be refunded to you promptly and within a maximum of 14 days from the date of cancellation.

Please note that shipping/delivery charges, including the costs of returning accepted goods to us, are non-refundable for any order placed.

Once the bars are fitted to the vehicle they can not be returned or refunded.
